Resumen/Abstract
RESUMEN: El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la utilización de redes sociales en el ámbito interno de la empresa respecto a la gestión de los recursos humanos, principalmente en el proceso de reclutamiento. Las prácticas tradicionales de reclutamiento ya no resultan tan eficientes en el nuevo escenario de conectividad y conexiones; las empresas necesitan estar presentes en las redes sociales, construyendo su imagen de marca y reclutando potenciales candidatos y para ello necesitan diseñar una estrategia de reclutamiento en redes sociales. El término redes sociales o social networking no hace referencia a un solo canal o vía para la captación de talento, sino que se pueden distinguir distintos tipos de aplicaciones y redes (personales, profesionales, etc.) sobre las que se proporcionan características y aplicaciones. Aunque son muchas e indudables las ventajas que esta fuente de reclutamiento proporciona a las empresas, también se ponen de manifiesto algunos inconvenientes como los referentes al candidato pasivo, la huella digital y el cibervetting.
ABSTRACT: The aim of this work is to analyze the use of social networking in the internal area of the company in relation with human resources management, especially in the recruitment process. Nowadays, traditional methods are not as useful, as they used to be. Corporations have to be presents on social networkings, in order to create a corporate image and recruit potencial candidates. For it, companies have to desing a recruitment strategy in social networks. The term social networking does not only refer to a channel or way to attract talent, but several types of social networks (personnal, professional, etc.) and apps, can be distinguished; their characteristics and applications are described. Although there are many and clear advantages this recruitment sources gives to companies, they must also take care about some inconvenients such us those referred to: inactive candidate, digital fingerpoint and cibervetting .
