Resumen/Abstract
RESUMEN: La transición educativa entre la etapa de Educación Infantil y Educación Primaria, a pesar de ser una de las más importantes e influyentes del sistema educativo, pocas veces se aborda adecuadamente.
Alumnos, familias y profesores experimentan esta transición haciendo frente a múltiples y diversos cambios, para los que no siempre están preparados, ante la escasa continuidad existente entre ambas etapas.
Por ello, en este trabajo se presenta un programa de tránsito entre Educación Infantil y Educación Primaria que, adaptándose a la realidad de cada centro educativo, logre dotar de continuidad a estas etapas y, en consecuencia, facilitar su transición, es decir, la adaptación a la nueva etapa.
Para alcanzar estas finalidades, el programa cuenta con una serie de actuaciones destinadas a los tres agentes en cada una de las fases del proceso de tránsito. No obstante, para que este realmente resulte efectivo, es necesaria la voz del alumnado, la colaboración y participación de las familias, y la coordinación del profesorado.
Este programa será evaluado por los agentes implicados tras su aplicación, y revisado todos los años, realizando en él todas las modificaciones que sean oportunas, con el propósito de adecuarlo a las necesidades de los alumnos, pero también de las familias y de los profesores.
ABSTRACT: The educational transition between the stage of Early Childhood Education and Primary Education, despite being one of the most important and influential of the education system, it’s rarely appropriately tackled.
Pupils, families and teachers experiment this transition facing multiple and different changes, for those they are not always prepared, at the low continuity existing between the two stages.
Therefore, in this project presents a transit’s program between Early Childhood Education and Primary Education that, adjusting to the reality of each school it achieves of giving continuity to these stages and, consequently, make easy their transition, that is, the adaptation to the new stage.
To fulfil these aims, the program counts with a series of actions to the three agents in each of the phases of the transit’s process. However, to make this truly effective, it’s necessary the pupil voice, the collaboration and participation of families, and coordination of teachers.
This program will be evaluated by the agents implicated after its application, and reviewed every year, making it all the modifications which are appropriate, in order to adapt the needs of pupils, but also of families and teachers.
