Abstract
Located on Ngamba Island, the Chimpanzee Sanctuary & Wildlife Conservation Trust has been established to ensure the long term support of these orphaned chimpanzees. This island is approximately 100 acres of rainforest and is located in Lake Victoria. The trust acquires land titles or long term leases in Uganda for the conservation of chimpanzees and related activities.
