Abstract
Having established that there is an interest in Irish
foreign policy many questions need to be answered concerning
that policy. For instance, What is that foreign policy? How
does it work? What influences it? and Where is it going?
This paper will attempt to address these queries by closely
examining the two crucial circles of Irish foreign policy, that
of A) Anglo-Irish relations and, B) Ireland and Europe (the
EEC).
