| Abstract: | A presente dissertação de mestrado se propõe a discutir o enfrentamento que o universo feminino faz com relação a questão da Aids, principalmente no que se refere a adesão ao tratamento anti-retroviral. Nesse sentido, aborda o assunto a partir de categorias explicativas da realidade que são: Aids, mundo feminino, estigma, mortificação do eu, identidade deteriorada e adesão ao tratamento de saúde. Entende-se que estas são categorias importantes para uma primeira reflexão acerca da temática, levando-se em consideração que a mesma, por mais que tenham ocorrido diversos avanços, ainda é permeada de preconceitos e mitos que fundamentam o processo de exclusão social vivenciado pelas pessoas com diagnóstico positivo para o vírus da Aids. A questão de gênero se torna delimitação importante pois demonstra que, no contexto feminino do mundo da Aids, a exclusão é dupla: primeiro, pelo gênero e segundo, pela doença. Assim, a presente discussão refere-se a um contexto amplo de indicadores a serem analisados. Para a realização desta pesquisa embasouse no método dialético-crítico, especialmente em suas categorias principais que são historicidade, contradição e totalidade. A natureza da pesquisa se constitui em qualitativa objetivando compreender detalhadamente os significados da Aids no mundo feminino. Nesse sentido, utilizou-se como instrumento de pesquisa, além do levantamento bibliográfico necessário, a escuta sensível, a observação e a entrevista semi-estruturada realizada com os sujeitos da pesquisa que foram oito mulheres, os quais possibilitaram desvendar o contexto no qual estão inseridas e como vivenciam em seu cotidiano a presença da Aids. Para análise dos dados, utilizou-se a análise de conteúdo no intuito de produzir novos conhecimentos acerca do tema.Enquanto resultados desta pesquisa, concluiu-se que as políticas de saúde no contexto da Aids são extremamente importantes, principalmente no combate ao preconceito, ao isolamento e a relação ainda fortemente existente entre Aids e morte. Além disso, evidenciouse o quanto a questão da maternidade está envolvida no contexto da Aids, onde a discussão de gênero é fortemente influenciada pelo papel de reprodução da mulher historicamente construído. Outro resultado é a necessidade de uma análise da temática no contexto macrosócio- econômico, para a implementação de práticas cidadãs no trato a questão da Aids. Todos esses elementos se constituem em indicadores importantes no processo de adesão a tratamentos de saúde pelas mulheres.
The present dissertation of master’s degree proposes a discussion about the confront that the female universe does in relation to the Aids, mainly with reference to adhere to the treatment anti-retroviral. In this sense, it approaches the subject from categories of explanations of the reality, and they are: Aids, female world, stigma, death of the I, deteriorated identity and adhesion to the health treatment. These are important categories to a first reflection about the thematic, considering that the same , in spite of the several advances, still it is permeated of prejudices and myths that base the process of social exclusion experienced by people with positive diagnosis to the Aids virus. The gender subject becomes important obstruction because it demonstrates that, in the feminine context of the world of the Aids, the exclusion is double: first, for the gender and second, for the disease. Like this, the present discussion refers to an ample context of indicators to be analyzed. The accomplishment of this research it was based in the dialectics-critical method, especially in your main categories that are historical context, contradiction and totality. This research is qualitative to understand with details the Aids in the female word. In this sense, it was used as research instrument, with the necessary bibliographic survey, the sensitive listening, the observation and the semi-structured interview, carried out with the individuals of this research that were eight women. They become possible to unmask the context in which they are inserted and as they live in their daily the presence of the Aids. The facts were analysed using the analysis of the content to produce new knowledge.Like result of this research it concluded that the politics of health in the context of the Aids are extremely important, mainly in the combat to the prejudice, to the isolation and the relationship still strongly existent between Aids and death. Besides, it was evidenced as the subject of the maternity is involved in the context of the Aids, where the gender discussion is influenced strongly by the paper of the woman's reproduction historically built. Another result is the need of an analysis of the thematic in the macro-partner-economical context, to implement citizen practices in the treatment the subject of the Aids. These elements are important indicators in the process of adhesion to health treatments for women. |
