The effects of intense ultrasonic irradiation
on various samples of colored waters and turbid
waters were studied at 400 Kc , Conclusions are that
ultrasonic treatment at this frequency/ does not aid
or cause color removal, and that a very small amount
of turbidity can be removed, but not enough to be of
practical importance.
