We examined an adsorption/desorption responses of different synthetic oligonucleotides (ODN) at the solid amalgam surfaces. From the analysis of height of the AC voltammetric peak 3 and potential difference between the AC voltammetric peaks 1 and 3 was possible to identify: (a) different homopurine ODN lengths, and (b) proportion of purine (adenine and/or adenine + guanine) units to the whole length of different ODNs containing both the purine and pyrimidine units. We also detected the change of refractive index (n) and optical roughness (Ra) of adsorbed ODN layers.

Sledovali jsme adsorpční/desorpční chování různých syntetických oligonukleotidů (ODN) na pevných amalgámových površích. Analýza velikosti AC voltametrických signálů ODN a jejich potenciálového rozdílu byla použita k rozpoznání: (a) délky homopurinových ODN a (b) poměru purinových jednotek k celkové délce ODN řetězce obsahujícího jak purinové, tak pyrimidinové jednotky. U adsorbovaných ODN vrstev byla určena změny optické drsnosti (ra) a indexu lomu (n).
