Die Komparativstudie beschäftigt sich mit der Kampfauffassung im Judaismus, im Christentum und im Islam. Das Kampfmotiv ist in allen diesen religiösen Systemen dagewesen, aber seine Interpretation unterscheidet sich wesentlich den Umständen nach. Die Schlüsselauffassung ist das Begreifen des Kampfes als Kampfes gegen das Böse, und zwar sowohl aussen als auch innen sich selbst.

The comparative study concentrates on the concept of struggle in Judaism, Christianity and Islam. The motif of struggle is present in all of these three religious systems but its interpretation differs considerably according to circumstances. The kernel concept is the understanding of struggle as fight against evil, both within and without oneself.

Kompatativní studie se zabývá pojetím boje v judaismu, v křesťanství a v islámu. Motiv boje je přitomen ve všech těchto náboženských systémech, ale jeho interpretace se podstatně liší podle okolností. Klíčovým pojetím je chápání boje jako zápasu se zlem, a to jak vně, tak i uvnitř sebe sama.
