In dem Beitrag wurden die Vor- und Nachteile verschiedener Formen der Staatsförderung im Wohnungsbereich beschrieben. Bestehende Beispiele der Angebotsförderung (Förderung des soziales Wohnungsbaus) in der Tschechischen Republik und in Polen erwähnt wurden. Existierende Hindernisse gegen die Anwendung der Prinzipien des gemeinnütziges Wohnungsbau in den transformierenden Ländern vorgebracht wurden.

The chapter describes advantages and disadvantages of different state housing subsidy forms and shows the examples of application of supply-side housing subsidies (support for social housing construction) in the Czech Republic and Poland. The chapters also provides the list of barriers that prevent from wider application of principles of non-for-profit housing in transitional environment.

Kapitola pojednává o výhodách a nevýhodách různých forem státních podpor v oblasti bydlení a o dosavadní aplikaci podpory nabídky (podpory výstavby sociálních bytů) v České republice a v Polsku. Kapitola rovněž popisuje překážky pro širší uplatnění principu neziskového bydlení v prostředí tranzitivních zemí.
