V 1. bloku - EU jako tvůrkyně trendů a legislativy v oblasti genderové rovnosti v politice hledaly pozvané političky odpověď na otázku, co může EU udělat více pro genderovou rovnost v politice. Zároveň diskutovaly své osobní zkušenosti se zavedením pozitivních nástrojů v běžné praxi fungování Evropského parlamentu a Evropské komise. V 2. bloku Existující úpravy pozitivních nástrojů v evropských zemích zahraniční odbornice, političky a politik popsali rozsah a strategie působení žen v rámci politických stran, a diskusi kolem přijetí pozitivních nástrojů ve své zemi. Mapovány byly jak pozitivní tak negativní efekty kvót. Ve 3. bloku Situace v ČR pohledem českých politických stran prezentovali české političky a politici postoje parlamentních stran k pozitivním nástrojům a tím i zhodnocení šancí členek dané strany politicky se uplatnit. V samotném závěru byly přednesené příspěvky shrnuty do doporučení pro Českou republiku na cestu k vyrovnanému zastoupení mužů a žen v politice.

In the 1st panel – EU as trend-setter and legislative creator in the field of gender equality – politicians searched to answer the question what more can EU do for the gender equality in politics and discussed their experiences with positive measures in everyday praxis of the European parliament and European Commission. In the 2nd panel - Existing positive measures in the European countries - foreign experts and politicians described strategies of women in political parties and introduced the debate around positive measures in their respective countries, mapping both positive and negative effects of quotas. In the 3rd panel Situation in the Czech Republic viewed by Czech political parties – Czech politicians presented attitudes of the parliamentary parties towards positive measures and chances of female party members to succeed. In the end all contributions were summarized into recommendations for Czech Republic to embark on the road towards balanced representation of man and women.
