This work presents MALDI mass spectrometry and SDS gel electrophoresis as an alternative methods (to ELISA) for rapid and easy detection of celiac-related proteins by observing of their characteristic mass pattern.

Tato práce představuje MALDI hmotnostní spektrometrii a SDS gelovou elektroforézu jako alternativní metody (k ELISA testům) pro rychlou a jednoduchou detekci bílkovin způsobujících celiakii na základě naměřených charakteristických hmotnostních profilů analyzovaných bílkovin.
