Conformational changes of isolated H4–H5 cytoplasmic segment of the Na+/K+-ATPase induced by the interaction with enzyme ligands (i.e. Mg2+ and/or ATP) were investigated by means of the intrinsic tryptophan fluorescence measurement and molecular dynamic simulations. Our data revealed that this model system consisting of only two domains retained the ability to adopt open or closed conformation

Sledování konformačních změn isolovaného H4–H5 cytoplazmatického segmentu Na+/K+-ATPasy v souvislosti s vazbou jednotlivých ligandů bylo provedeno s využitím fluorescenční spektroskopie a molekulárně dynamických simulací. Tyto experimenty ukázaly,že H4–H5 cytoplazmatický segment Na+/K+-ATPasy si ponechává schopnost zaujímat pozici detekovatelnou při otevřené a zavřené konformaci
