Text recenzuje publikaci zabývající se úlohou, kterou sehrál vídeňský Hofburg jako model či antimodel na "národních scénách" rakousko-uherské monarchie. Představa propojení panovnického prostoru s prostorem veřejným měla zásadní význam pro všechny přestavby Pražského hradu v 19. a 20. století.

The text reviews the publication about the role that the Vienna Castle (Hofburg) played as a model or an anti-model on the national stages in the Austrian-Hungarian monarchy. The concept of interconnection of the sovereign space with the public one is extremely important for all Prague-Castle´s reconstructions in the 19th and 20th century.
