Text pojednává o mentoringovém programu pro studentky středních škol se zájmem o technické obory Národního kontaktního centra – ženy a věda. Cílem programu je odstraňovat genderové stereotypy týkající se studijních drah žen a mužů a zvyšovat počet žen v oblasti technických věd, kde jsou stále výrazně podreprezentovány. Text seznamuje se samotnou koncepcí mentoringu a dále referuje o průběhu prvního ročníku programu.

The text discusses the mentoring program for high school students interested in technical fields of the National Contact Centre for Women and Science. The program aims to eliminate gender stereotypes concerning study paths of women and men and increase the number of women in the technical field, where they are still significantly under-represented. The text introduces the concept of mentoring and further reports on the first year of the program.
