Az olvasó kezébe most kerülő monográfia a négy visegrádi állam (Cseh Köztársaság, Lengyelország, Magyarország és Szlovákia) 1989 utáni alkotmányos fejlődésével foglalkozik, legalábbis annak államszervezeti részével. Miután az államszervezet egy nagyon szerteágazó fogalom, a jelen publikáció az államszervezeti felépítésnek csak egy szeletére koncentrál.

The book deals with the development of the state organisation in the so-called Visegrad countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia) after the change of the system in 1989. After the short introduction to the general constitutional development of the Central and Eastern Europe, the book focuses mainly on the constitutional development of the following organs of state: president, parliament and government. Every chapter contain the historical and political background too. The book deals with the most important judgements of constitutional courts too.
