Using selected markers, this paper attempts to establish concrete entities - communities in the Late Iron Age, in Bohemia and in its wider context, which is understood as the Middle Danube region in Central Europe. Coinage, but also glass objects are considered principal markers defining communities in Central Europe in the third century BC.
