Stonožky byly studovány celkem na 15 lokalitách v CHKO Brdy metodou dlouhodobě exponovaných zemních pastí. K nejhojnějším druhům patřily Lithobius mutabilis, Lithobius agilis a Strigamia acuminata. Faunisticky zajímavé jsou nálezy Lithobius borealis, Lithobius dentatus, Lithobius pelidnus a Lithobius piceus. Jejich výskyt potvrzuje podhorský charakter většiny zkoumaných lokalit tohoto území.

Centipedes were studied in total at 15 sites located on the territory of the Brdy Protected Landscape Area (Czech Republic) using only the long termed pitfall trapping during the years 2016–2017. In total 18 species of centipedes were recorded. The most frequent centipede is Lithobius mutabilis, frequent occurrences showed also Lithobius agilis and Strigamia acuminata. The records of the species Lithobius borealis, Lithobius dentatus, Lithobius pelidnus and Lithobius piceus are of faunistic importance. Their occurrence confirms the submontane character of the most of studied localities. The highest species diversity was recorded in the Bradava Brook valley and ravine forest at the Krkavčina locality.
