Článek shrnuje první údaje o fauně suchozemských stejnonožců v CHKO Brdy. Na 20 lokalitách byl zjištěn výskyt 15 druhů. K zajímavým nálezům patří lokální populace Haplophthalmus mengii, Porcellium conspersum a Armadillidium pictum. Fauna stejnonožců přirozených stanovišť je zde doplněna několika synantropními druhy.

The paper summarises for the first time data about the terrestrial isopods (Isopoda: Oniscidea) in the Brdy Protected Landscape Area (Central Bohemia, Czech Republic) based on the field research realised in 2016–2017. In total, 15 isopod species were recorded within 20 localities representing characteristic forest stands as well as rocky outcrops, open stony debris and grassland habitats. The most frequent species in forest stands were Trachelipus ratzeburgii and Protracheoniscus politus, the wetlands, represented mainly by wet alder growths, were characterized by Ligidium hypnorum and Trichoniscus pusillus, rarely Ligidium germanicum and Hyloniscus riparius. Interesting records represent local populations of Haplophthalmus mengii, Porcellium conspersum, as well as individual findings of Armadillidium pictum. The isopod fauna of the given area is completed by several synantropic species. Due to the heterogeneity of the whole territory, further faunistic research is needed.
