An introductory workshop where mentees get acquainted with program coordinators and fellow mentees. On the workshop, mentees discuss their expectations of the program, identify and clearly formulate the goals they would like to achieve. They prepare their personal mentoring plan, which is the basis for identifying cha-racteristics of the ideal mentor and establishing cooperation with their mentor/s.
