Workshop soustředil badatele z oblasti digitálního zpracování a prezentace textu. Jeho hlavním cílem bylo kolegům z oblasti humanitních věd (archivářům, historikům, lingvistům, literárním vědcům atd.) a vysokoškolským studentům představit editační platformu Kritická hybridní edice a zejména konfrontovat její nastavení s hlavními zahraničními trendy z této oblasti. Hlavní důraz bude mj. kladen na metodologické otázky vyplývající z konfrontace s editovaným materiálem (K. J. Erben, K. Toman), a to s akcentem na možnost využití softwarových nástrojů ve stínu tradičních vydavatelských postupů.

The workshop brought together researchers in the field of digital scholarly editing. Its main goals were to introduce colleagues from the field of humanities (historians, linguists, literary scholars, etc.) and university students to the editing platform Hybrid Scholarly Edition and especially to confront its setting with the main foreign trends in this field. The main emphasis will be placed on methodological issues arising from the confrontation with edited material (K. J. Erben, K. Toman), with an emphasis on the possibility of using software tools in the shadow of traditional publishing practices.
