Program byl zaměřený na praktické stránky studia historických krovů, hlavně na rozpoznávání znaků důležitých pro časové zařazení a typologickou klasifikaci konstrukcí vyšetřovaných v terénu, na jejich operativní dokumentaci a trasologické zkoumání. Cílem bylo hlubší poznání a pochopení tradičně užívaných krovových soustav a funkcí jejich jednotlivých prvků. Díky množství lokalit navštívených během exkurzí dostali účastníci možnost seznámit se s regionálními řemeslnými odlišnostmi tesařských konstrukcí i dalšími projevy tradičního stavitelství.

The program focuses on the practical aspects of study of historical timber roof trusses, mainly on the recognition of features important for time and typological classification of structures, their oo-site surveys and trasological examination. Everything leads to a deeper understanding of the traditionally used timber roof systems and the functions of their individual elements. Thanks to the number of locations visited during excursions, participants are able to recognize the individual features of regional craftsmanship and the techniques of traditional building construction.
