Abstract
Le radicalisme peut-il être une posture valable dans le champ littéraire ? Sous quelles
conditions ? Ce sont les questions auxquelles nous tentons de répondre en étudiant l’image d’auteur
construite par l’écrivain catholique Léon Bloy. Plus spécifiquement, nous nous intéressons à
l’utilisation du radicalisme comme stratégie de distinction et aux implications d’une telle stratégie.
Abstract: Can radicalism be a valuable posture in literature? And under which conditions? These
are the questions to which we are seeking answers by studying the image of the author as configured
by catholic writer Léon Bloy. More specifically, we are interested in the use of radicalism as
strategy of distinction and in the implications of such strategy.
