Big Choices: Minnesota Health Reform
Description
After several years of debating whether Minnesota should pursue health reform, the 2012 elections are propelling reform forward and raising a host of policy issues that will impact patients, health care providers, insurers, and tax payers. As the state builds a new health insurance exchange to help individuals and small businesses connect with an insurance plan, significant decisions need to be made about how it will be set up and run.
