Abstract

The presentation describes the systems and workflows used at KCL to handle the early project management stages, including areas like pre-award, preparation of a proposal, project costing and post-award. Emphasis is made on the importance of system interoperability and on the re-use of the project information (metadata) at later stages in the project.
