In this paper we prove the existence of global mild solutions and of impulsive mild solutions for Cauchy problems governed by semilinear differential inclusions. Our results, involving almost lower semicontinuous, weak lower semicontinuous and (DK)-almost lower semicontinuous multifunctions, extend (in a broad sense) theorems obtained in the autonomous case.
