A proposta é avaliar as alterações ocorridas nos usos e apropriações do recurso natural água em diversas partes do mundo e identificar um fio condutor por detrás de "práticas" naturais de mercado |
| Abstract: | The work does an investigation on the changes in the ways of appropriation of the natural resource water by the urban industrial capitalist society, as it diverges from the practices adopted about this resource in the social organizations of the past and the clash that exists between the new practices and the reminiscences from old times. The proposal is to evaluate changes in the uses and appropriations of natural water resources in various parts of the world and to identify a thread behind natural "market practices" |
