Resumo

In this work under investigation, the goal is to evaluate the module I of the Courses offered by the Network Program Sao Paulo Teacher Training (Redefor) in the Sao Paulo State University Julio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP) in seven specialization courses offered to Public teachers of the State of Sao Paulo in the Special Education and Inclusive area during the year 2014, in the form of Distance Education (EaD), this courses is as an alternative of continuing education for teachers in service who wish to update and do not have conditions to attend classroom courses. To collect data, a questionnaire was provided on AVA-Unesp and the course participants were asked to answer the same, through a non-probability sampling plan. The emphasis of the work is mainly in the statistical data analysis techniques, especially the cluster analysis, which is a multivariate analysis technique whose interest is to perform grouping of individuals according to the similarity between them, taking into consideration a set of variables. These analyzes allowed the observation that the dropout rate was less than 10% so far and the overall satisfaction of the course was greater than 92%.
