Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı obsesif kompulsif bozukluk türlerinden biri olan dini obsesif kompulsif bozukluğun klinikal ve görüngüsel özelliklerinin psikososyal etkenlerle bağlantılı olarak incelenmesidir. Bu amaçla öncelikle obsesif kompulsif bozukluğun psikiyatrik boyutu ele alınmış daha sonra dini obsesif kompulsif bozukluğun türleri, içeriği ve oluşmasında belirleyici olan etkenler vaka örnekleriyle de desteklenerek ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Son olarak da dini obsesif kompulsif bozuklukla ilgili Türkiye’de ve dünyanın çeşitli bölgelerinde yapılan bazı çalışmalar tanıtılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda Türkiye’de dini obsesyonların ve kompulsiyonların Batılı ülkelerden daha fazla ancak diğer İslam ülkelerinden daha az görüldüğü; bu bozukluğun etiyolojisinde obsesif kompulsif bozukluğa neden olan bütün etkenlerle birlikte başta hatalı din eğitimi olmak üzere, dini algılayış, yorumlayış ve yaşayış üzerinde etkili olan pek çok dini psikososyal faktörün belirleyici olduğu saptanmıştır.
The target of this study is to examine the clinical and phenomenological characteristics of religious obsessive compulsive disorder, a kind obsessive compulsive disorder, in connection with the religious psychosocial factors. So first of all, psychiatric aspect of obsessive compulsive disorder is handled. Secondly, types, context, and determining causes of forming of obsessive compulsive disorder are tried to be presented with the support of case examples. And finally, some researches about obsessive compulsive disorder, conducted in various regions of Turkey and throughout the world, are presented. By the results of the research, it is discovered that religious obsessive compulsive disorder in Turkey are encountered more than western countries however, less than the other islamic cultures. It is found that in etiology of this disorder, with all other factors leading to obsessive compulsive disorder, the inaccurate religious education being the first, lots of religious psychosocial factors have influence on perception, interpretation of religion and pattern of lives.
