< Back"RADKERSBURG - Hauptplatz."
Location | Gornja Radgona (Radkersburg) |
Description | Tinted photograph of the main square in Gornja Radgona. |
Comment | The postcard was sent to Josip Glonar, editor of the newspaper Ljubljanski zvon, by his sister, who wrote in Slovene dialect, inquiring about the state of hospitals in Ljubljana. Three green Verigar postal stamps are affixed to the recto, and the postcard was sent from Gornja Radgona on November 4, 1919. The old German postmark was still in use at the time, despite the declaration of statehood the previous year. |
