摘要: 由於近場光碟機的飛行讀寫頭,是採用類似硬碟機的飛行讀寫頭架構,主軸馬達高速轉動引起的碟片振動、軸承間隙、碟片的缺陷及雷射造成的熱變形,都會影響尋軌、循軌的精度和速度,以及飛行高度的穩定。本研究針對近場光碟機之讀寫頭與碟片間介面,利用有限元素軟體ANSYS與多體機構軟體DADS建立動態模型,並且為了表現撓片上的半圓球抵觸到懸吊臂之實際情況,以及使飛行讀寫頭能夠相對於懸吊臂作俯仰與滾轉的姿態行為,利於讀寫頭隨時貼近碟片的表面層。運用DADS中的接觸元素來計算接觸力,並以數值模擬出不同質量分佈的懸吊臂設計時,而影響其讀寫頭飛行高度的垂直位移,造成飛行高度的不穩定。對於控制飛行高度上,當質量分佈位置愈靠近音圈馬達時,擁有較大的頻寬較容易控制,但讀寫頭垂直振幅將會增加。同時模擬讀寫頭、懸吊臂、撓片三者的動態特性,觀察三者的俯仰、滾轉及橫向振動。 除此之外,音圈馬達驅動器旋轉時,彈性力、慣性力、空氣阻力會造成讀寫頭的振動,因此本研究用雷射都卜勒干涉儀量測飛行讀寫頭的橫向振動與碟片表面的振動量。從實驗結果得知讀寫頭高低起伏的頻率與碟片轉動的頻率一致。由此可得知,讀寫頭並非在一平整的平面上飛行,會對飛行高度造成不斷地變化。至於橫向振動方面,模擬結果顯示讀寫頭的橫向振動頻率與音圈馬達工作頻率一致。
The flying head design in near-field optical disk drives is similar to the flying head in hard disk drives. The disk flutter due to the spindle motor rotation, bearing gap, disk defect and thermal deformation all affect seeking, tracking accuracy and speed, and fly height stability. This study is aimed at vibration analysis of near-field optical disks, using softwares of finite element analysis ANSYS and multi-body dynamics DADS to construct a dynamic model. To account for contact force of a Gimbal between the suspension and flexure, this study uses a contact element in DADS. Numerical simulation investigates effects of different mass distribution on the flying height. Pitch angle, roll angle, and lateral vibration of the slider are calculated. This study uses a dual-beam laser Doppler interferometer to measure lateral vibration of the pickup head and validate simulation results. This study plays a crucial role in realization of near-field optical disk drives.
