摘要:   本論文在於設計、製作、分析搭接用複合材料板件接頭,製作出平面接頭及立體搭接接頭,平面接頭用於承受側向局部均勻壓力負載,立體搭接接頭用於搭接空間中不同方向的接頭。 平面接頭為薄板鑽孔編織性複合材料結構,利用有限單元來模擬複合材料接頭的力學行為,經由線性、非線性與實驗結果作一比較來探討其收斂性與適用性,非線性的有限單元分析可以在誤差率小於20%的範圍內預測出首層破壞的發生。 立體搭接接頭經由實驗的設計製作改善,研發出一體成型螺孔纏繞式立體搭接接頭,利用纏繞纖維的連續性提昇了需切斷纖維疊層結構的強度,是一種利用碳纖維纏繞紗束套接方式配合模具插銷設計的複合材料新製程。經理論線性分析結果與實驗值相比較,確定了理論分析的正確性。
The purpose of this thesis is in the design, fabrication, and analysis of laminated composite plate connections. Two types of plate connections, namely, plane connection and three-dimensional connection, were presented in this thesis. Plane connection is subjected to transverse uniform load. Three-dimensional connection is designed to bear loads acting in different directions. The stress distribution in the plate connections is determined using the finite element method and the failure of the plate connections on the basis of an appropriate failure criterion. For the plane connection, a number of laminated composite plate connections were fabricated and subject to static transverse pressure. The experimental results were used to verify the nonlinear theoretical predictions. Close agreements between the experimental and nonlinear theoretical results have been observed. For the three-dimensional connection, the filament winding technique was used to fabricate the connections. Experimental and theoretical studies of the three-dimensional connections were performed. A comparison between the experimental and theoretical results was performed to verify the accuracy of the theoretical method.
