With this new book Fritjof Capra, scientist and American thinker does a further step in his research on the change in the vision of the world, on the cultural radical change started in the science and spreading nowadays in the society. The author highlights what connects the biological systems, the knowledge processes and the social organizations, facing also the problems of our time , which, in the course of this new century, could irremediably compromise our existence. To face these interconnected problems we ought to look and recognize the “hidden connections” which constitute the web of life, to reinstate a well-balanced relation of synthony and non-contraposition and exploitation, as nowadays.
