This paper describes a numerical procedure for integral electromagnetic analysis. This method allows to concentrate all computational resources on the analysis of details of interest and to obtain a detailed distribution of eddy currents and forces for a comples design. An application to the calculation of magnetic forces during disruption on the Demo outboard blanket is presented; the mesh refining procedure is applied to the equatorial blanket region.

Abstract

This paper describes a numerical procedure for integral electromagnetic analysis.
