Abstract: This technical note provides recommendations for the location and management of nest boxes to supplement natural nest sites in a variety of wetland habitats for wood duck (Aix sponsa). The wood duck is associated with forested wetlands throughout much of the United States and is a common resident at Corps of Engineers reservoir projects.
