DAL DIRITTO NATURALE AL DIRITTO SECONDO NATURA ANTROPOLOGICA. ELEMENTI PER UN’IPOTESI DI LAVORO

The aim of this paper is to reflect how a philosophy of law can be supported by legal anthropology and, in particular, by the thesis that Lévi-Strauss's research makes possible to think «a law according to nature», beyond the aporias of classical naturalism, as well as the modern one. This is a Sergio Cotta’s insight, which is consistent, in particular, with the final stage of his intellectual journey. This intuition reinforces and encourages a philosophical anthropology of law that develops its questions in the field of structural anthropology
