Request in contemporary Russian-language everyday communication: The verbal realisation

Abstract

Магистерская диссертация посвящена анализу способов речевой реализации побудительного речевого жанра просьбы в повседневном общении. Рассматриваются различия между способами реализации просьбы в зависимости от ситуации и параметров коммуникантов и особенности реализации просьбы и изучающих русский язык. Анализ собранного материала из 1728 реплик позволил установить наиболее частотные способы выражения и оформления просьбы и сделать обобщающие выводы о речевой реализации просьбы в современном общении. Также была выявлена зависимость выбора способа реализации от степени знакомства коммуникантов, возраста адресата и веса просьбы. Были выявлены особенности реализации просьбы в русской речи носителями других языков, что позволяет говорить о возможности использования результатов исследования в сфере изучения русского как иностранного.

This Master thesis researched into the analysis of different strategies in the speech realization of the act of request in the everyday communication. The differences between ways of realizations depending on the situation and features of the communicants were examined. Also the differences between the native and non-native realization were noted.

Analysis of the 1728 requests showed the most used ways of expressing request and allowed to draw some conclusions about realization of the request in the modern communication. The correlation was found between the level of acquaintance of communicants, their age, weight of the request and the chosen way of request realization. The differences between natives’ and non-natives’ request realization were examined, what makes the result of the research usable in the practice of teaching Russian as a foreign language.
