Passo a passo vamos construindo um laço: comunicação escola-família-escola com recurso às Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação

Abstract

O presente relatório intitulado de Passo a passo vamos construindo um laço: Comunicação Escola- Família-Escola com recurso às Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação, é resultante das aprendizagens e reflexões concretizadas à luz do processo investigativo estruturante para os projetos de intervenção desenvolvidos nos contextos de Educação Pré-Escolar e de Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Esta investigação visa dar resposta à questão central Qual o contributo das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação no enriquecimento da comunicação Escola-Família-Escola? Com o intuito de compreender e, simultaneamente, contribuir para melhorar a comunicação entre as escolas e as famílias foram adotadas várias técnicas e estratégias que aproximavam os intervenientes de maior impacto na educação de cada criança. A concretização dos projetos de investigação e intervenção possibilitaram observar, estudar, analisar e desenvolver atividades inovadoras que motivassem e promovessem o envolvimento, a participação, a cooperação e a colaboração das famílias no percurso educacional e escolar dos seus educandos. Para fomentar o envolvimento parental e para facilitar a comunicação entre as instituições e o núcleo familiar de cada criança, recorreu-se às Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação. Os meios utilizados foram o Facebook, o e-mail e os blogues, cuja utilização tinha como intencionalidade intrínseca complementar a comunicação que, anteriormente, se resumia a contactos estabelecidos pessoalmente. A análise dos dados recolhidos na investigação, parte integrante deste relatório, permitiu detetar o âmbito e a frequência da comunicação e das interações que se estabelecem entre a escola e as famílias em ambos os contextos, bem como, a relevância desta relação e comunicação que se refletiu como elemento promotor do desenvolvimento global de cada criança/aluno.

This report, entitled Step-by-step we are building a link: School-Family-School Communication with the use of Information and Communication Technologies, is the result of learning and reflections concretized in the light of the structuring investigative process for the intervention projects developed in the contexts of Pre-School and Teaching Education of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education. This research aims to answer the central question What is the contribution of Information and Communication Technologies in the enrichment of School-Family-School communication? In order to understand and simultaneously contribute to improving communication between schools and families, several techniques and strategies were adopted that approached the actors with the greatest impact on the education of each child. The realization of the research and intervention projects made it possible to observe, study, analyze and develop innovative activities that motivate and promote the involvement, participation, cooperation and collaboration of families in the educational and educational path of their students. To foster parental involvement and to facilitate communication between the institutions and the family nucleus of each child, we used Information and Communication Technologies. The media used were Facebook, e-mail and blogs, whose use was intrinsically intentional to complement the communication that, previously, was limited to personally established contacts. The analysis of research data, which is an integral part of this report, has made it possible to detect the scope and frequency of communication and the interactions that exist between the school and the families in both contexts, as well as the relevance of this relationship and communication, which was reflected as promoters of the overall development of each child/student.
