| Abstract: | The chapter examines contemporary community activism in the light of the long history of urban change in Glasgow and the ongoing shifts which are occurring across the city. It draws on empirical research in three very different communities to elucidate developments in community activism and consider the relationships between activism and the broader patterns of change. |
