Abstract

Establishes the obligation of the car and fuel manufacturers to take the necessary measures to reduce the levels of carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides and other pollutants in the application of the Environmental Policy. It sets the emission limits and deadlines in which they must be accomplished; sets a mandatory percentage of anhydride alcohol that must be added in the entire Country.
