Abstract
Two different methods of measuring turbulence: piezo electric crystal transducer for high velocities, sensitive to external vibration: transducers involving heat transfer. Disadvantages of hot film anemometer discussed, and corresponding advantages of cold tip velocity meter, of which a type is described.
