Abstract:The main purpose of this final project is to simulate the creation and management of a travel agency. The organization is based in Spain and targets its products to the market in Luxembourg. The establishment of the agency is not based on economic or legal aspects but on an analysis of its internal as well as external operations. The project can be divided into two main sections: First we show an analysis of the touristic sector, where we expose world, European as well as local data. We then introduce an evaluation of the organization, where we present an exhaustive analysis of the market the company wants to hit and the touristic packages and products it wants to commercialize. In this section we also show a SWOT to explain the strong points of the company as well as the aspects that need improvement for the success of the organization.
