| Resumen: | Los negocios familiares de las artes gráficas, ejemplos de iniciadores de empresas, después de la etapa de crecimiento tuvieron que acogerse a la Ley 550 o Ley de quiebra, experiencia del sector industrial, particularmente del subsector de artes gráficas. Esta situación motivó a efectuar un análisis ¨epidemiológico¨; asimilando a situaciones de salud pública. Se identificaron 12 empresas que se acogieron a dicha Ley, seguidamente se analizaron cada uno de los expedientes en archivos de la superintendencia de industria y Comercio de Colombia, estas prácticas se compararon con el sistema de gestión japonés. |
| Abstract: | Family graphic arts companies, examples of initiators companies, after the stage of growth they had to qualify for the 550 law or bankruptcy law, experience of industry, This situation motivated to carry out a ¨epidemiologico¨ analysis; assimilating to public health situations. We identified 12 companies that accepted that law, then analyzed each of the records in the files of the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce of Colombia, these practices were compared with Japanese management system. |
