Abstract
This instrument was designed to solicit feedback from service providers that would inform the development of an online network of civil legal assistance. The survey was informed by a literature review, focusing on civil legal needs assessments, and needs assessments of victims of crime; any data collection instruments used in these needs assessments were assessed. A project specific advisory committee composed of service providers and attorneys reviewed the survey and offered feedback before it was finalized. (Author Abstract)
