Abstract:
The protopine alkaloid isolated from Zanthozylurn conspersipunctatum Merr. & Perry, has been synthesized confirming the assigned structure (1). The name of pseudoprotopine is suggested for the natural base. © 1972, CSIRO. All rights reserved.
