Abstract
이 조사는 정보통신정책연구원이 방송사와 방송프로그램의 품질지수를 산출하고자 매년 전국의 시청자들을 대상으로 시행하는 평가조사이다. 조사는 1주일간 시청한 방송프로그램을 매일 평가하고 그 주관 방송사를 종합적으로 평가하는 방식으로 연 4회(2월, 5월, 8월, 11월) 실시된다. 평가대상에는 지상파채널인 KBS1, KBS2, MBC, SBS, OBS 및 지역방송과 종합편성채널인 TV조선, JTBC, 채널A 및 MBN 방송이 포함된다. 이 자료는 방송프로그램에 관한 것으로 시청한 방송프로그램의 품질 우수성과 만족도가 평가되어 있다.
