Abstract
이 조사는 부산여성가족개발원이 여성의 일·가정 양립을 위한 시간선택제 일자리 창출 방안을 모색하려는 목적 하에 시간제 여성근로자의 실태와 수요를 파악하고자 시행한 것이다. 자료 수집은 부산지역 사업체와 여성근로자, 그리고 여성구직자를 대상으로 각각 실시되었다. 이 자료는 사업체들로부터 수집된 것으로 시간제 고용 실시 기업의 시간제 고용 현황과 성과 및 만족도, 시간제 고용 미실시 기업의 시간제 고용 필요성과 기대효과 및 도입의사, 시간선택제 필요성, 시간선택제 일자리 확대의 기대효과, 시간선택제 확산 방안에 대한 의견 등의 내용을 포함하고 있다.
