Abstract
이 조사는 국가적 재난상황에서 정부의 역할에 대한 국민들의 기대와 현재 정책과의 괴리를 파악하여 국가 재난안전관리 정책 수립에 있어 국가의 역할과 범위를 제안하고자 한국행정연구원이 2016년에 수행한 것이다. 조사는 전국 만 19세 이상 일반국민과 한국정책학회와 한국행정학회에 소속되어 있는 전문가를 대상으로 실시되었다.
이 자료는 만 19세 이상 성인 남녀에게 수집한 것으로, 주요 조사내용은 정부의 역할 중요도 및 평가, 위험관리에 대한 정부의 책임 및 평가, 세월호 사태에 대한 책임, 정부의 안전보호조치에 대한 의견, 자연재해시 정부의 보상금이 필요한 상황, 정치성향 등이다.
