Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción staff have come together on this day for either a staff meeting or a social gathering, or perhaps both. Employees are gathered around a table in the office with empty cups and plates in front of them. Clockwise from left are Alex Alvear (seen in partial profile), Pedro Posada, Ralph Ortiz, and the rest are unknown or only partially visible.
