Feedback oscillator functions as low-level pulse stretcherLow trigger pulses of the pulse stretcher circuit are obtained by forward biasing the transistor oscillator. The loop gain is kept below unity and prevents free-running oscillation. Two parallel feedback loops improve the stretching capabilities.
