The cost of the U.S. effort is expected to total about $100 million over the next five-year period. The foreign countries will fund their own investigations. The disciplines involved are astronomy, upper atmospheric physics, solar physics, and high energy astrophysics. A list of the investigators, the organizations they represent, and the names of the experiments is included.
